About Me
I am an LGBT+ and neurodiversity affirming provider based out of Sarasota, FL. I received my Bachelor's in psychology from Stetson University and went on to work in the domestic violence and anti-sex-trafficking fields for several years before returning to school at the University of Southern California for my Master of Social Work with a concentration in Adult Mental Health. I now work in private practice as a licensed clinician providing telehealth therapy services across the states of Florida and Vermont.

I believe rapport is one of the most important factors when choosing a therapist. If you don't feel comfortable with me, it will be harder to make therapeutic progress together. I'll therefore give more details about who I am both in and outside of the office. I am a proud dog and cat mom, and my fur children may make occasional cameos in our sessions. In my off time, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and traveling to find new outdoor adventures.
